| Project Kickoff: What do you like about your area, and what would make you like it more?
We'll get to know each other and review your goals & ideas. We'll discuss a project budget. Throughout the project, we'll assess our decisions relative to that budget and make adjustments accordingly.

Data Collection: I'll measure your space and take photos for reference during the project.

| Initial Concepts: What is the best use of space to meet your needs? Concept sketches and drawings are created and used to discuss various options for your project.

| Final Concepts: We'll take the best ideas and create a final floor plan to work with.

| Product & Finish Selection: This is the point when we'll select flooring, wall color or treatment, tile, cabinet materials, plumbing fixtures, hardware, window treatments, furnishings, fabrics, light fixtures, appliances and anything else that might be needed to complete the design.

| Implementation: The products will be ordered and I'll schedule the subcontractors to do their work.

| Installation: This is where everything comes together - furnishing are delivered, window coverings are installed, artwork is hung, accessories are
placed, etc.
